Mechanics:

1.          Starting January 27, 2025 until January 19, 2026, all 24k Rewards Program members will get set of discounts on selected products and free services when they show their 24k card (physical or virtual) Taste of Joy branches.

a. 5% discounts on all Bilao products when they show their 24k card (physical or virtual) at Taste of Joy branches nationwide.

b. 10 points when they scan QR code displayed at the branch (upon purchase of Bilao product) and completely fill out the form with their details. 

2. Promo Period is from January 27, 2025 until January 19, 2026.

3.          To avail the promo, the 24k member must visit Taste of Joy’s branches and show their 24k card (physical or virtual).

4.          A successful Bilao purchase is required before giving the 5% discount and the 10 points to the customer. The promo can be availed for up to 2 Bilao products per day per person.

5.          This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (e.g., Senior Citizen discount). 

6.          This promotion will be communicated through the official Social Media pages and websites of Cebuana Lhuillier and 24k Rewards Program. Taste of Joy will also display marketing collateral in all their stores. 

7.          By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI. 

8.         All personal information provided by the 24k members in connection with this promo will be used, processed, and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this Promotion, 24k members also understand that Cebuana may disclose information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the promo. 

9.        P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, or bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion.  

10.    Availment of the promo will be deemed as consent by the 24k member to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.

11. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. (PJLI) values the privacy and security of its 24k Rewards Program members. All personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PJLI’s Privacy Policy.

a. Collection and Use of Data – Personal information collected during the promotion, limited to the member’s full name, birthdate and mobile number. , will be used solely by PJLI for the purpose of administering the promo.

b. Storage and Retention – PJLI will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of personal information and will retain it only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions or as required by law.

d. Member Rights – Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion, request a copy of their personal data by contacting PJLI’s Data Protection Officer through [email protected] .Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

e. Consent – By participating in this promotion, 24k Rewards Program members agree to the collection, use, storage, sharing, deletion, and processing of their personal data as described above.
