  4. The discount can be availed multiple times by the 24k Xtra Subscribers. 
  5. This promo is not applicable to 24k gold bar and jewelry items.
  6. The promo is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the eligible 24k Xtra Subscribers. 
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (e.g., Senior Citizen discount). 
  8. This promotion will be communicated through the official Social Media pages and websites of Cebuana Lhuillier and 24k Xtra Subscription.   
  9. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI.  Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.

By entering this Promotion, 24k Xtra Subscribers also understand that Cebuana may disclose information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the promo.  
  11. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, or bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion.  
  12. Availment of the promo will be deemed as consent by the 24k Xtra Subscribers to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
