SUMMER E-RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS
Mechanics:
1. This e- raffle promo is open only for all registered members of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program except employees and families of P.J. Lhuillier Inc., its affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives or agents and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are disqualified to join.
2. 24k members get an e-raffle entry (one applicable transaction = 1 raffle entry) to the promo for every points-earning transaction done in-branch at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide. E-raffle will automatically appear in the 24k member’s online account within 48 hours upon completion of applicable transactions within the promo period. Applicable points-earning transactions are the following:
● Pawning (new & renewal)
● International Remittance (pay out and sending)
● Domestic Remittance (pay out and sending)
● ProtectMax buying
● Opening of new MSA
3. The promotion period is from April 14 to May 20, 2023.
4. There will be 102 winners for this raffle, of the following prizes:
a. 100 winners of Cebuana rewards membership points: 500 points (worth P500 per winner, or total of Php50,000 for all 100 winners)
b. 1 winner of a trip for 2 to Boracay. Package includes:
a) Round trip airfare for 2 (local economy flights only via Cebu Pacific or Air Asia, whichever is available and with a cap of Php6,000 per one way per person or a total of Php24,000 roundtrip
fare for 2)
b) Hotel / room accommodations (twin sharing or deluxe room) for 2 at Le Soleil De Boracay Hotel (3 days 2 nights, Black out dates apply)
c) Buffet breakfast for two for 2 days at Le Soleil De Boracay Hotel
d) Approximate value of this prize: PHP 50,000 (Actual cost may vary depending on applicable booking dates)

Note: Le Soleil De Boracay Hotel and Bacau Bay Coron Resort are hotels owned by P.J. Lhuillier Inc. group of companies.
5. All travel insurance, travel taxes, travel visa, personal passport, airport transfers, additional transportation costs, tour costs, daily food, and any other ancillary costs, except as specifically stated above in item #4, incurred by a winner are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guest. Personal expenses, travel and other relevant insurances, meals, transfer and all other items not identified in #4 are specifically excluded.
6. To qualify and join the e-raffle, participants must be a member of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program and have at least 1 or more applicable transactions during the promo period and before the draw date.
7. The points prizes will be automatically credited to the winner’s 24k membership account within 30 days upon winner announcement.
8. Winners of trips to Boracay and Palawan have 60 days to claim their prize upon notification. Trip date should be within 1 year from the date of claim. Black out dates apply.
9. Black-out dates apply for both Boracay and Palawan prizes. Black-out dates are the following: April 5-9, 2023 (Holy Week), December 20, 2023 to January 2, 2024 (Christmas and New Year).
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
11. Winners are drawn electronically based on the following details:
a) 24k Reward Client Number
b) 24k Reward Card Number
c) Transaction number
d) Transaction type
e) Full Name
f) Email Address
g) Mobile Number
12. Winners will be notified through their 24k online account and SMS (via registered mobile number), based on their information in the records of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program. Winners will also be announced through the official Facebook page of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program. Cebuana Lhuillier has no liability if a winner fails to receive the notification due to device security settings, or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non functioning contact information in the records of Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program.
13. Winners of the trips for Boracay and Palawan prizes and their respective nominated Travel Companion must:
a. be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (at their own cost). In the event winner requests for a change of travel companion, Cebuana Lhuillier may accept winner’s request at Cebuana Lhuillier’s sole discretion, time permitting, and winner shall bear all costs associated with effecting the change as incurred by Cebuana Lhuillier.
b. agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations, and terms and conditions of use imposed by the merchants and service providers in connection with the Prize.
c. possess valid passports and IDs with at least six (6) months’ validity period from date of departure;
d. procure valid travel visas and permits (if applicable). Failure to do so resulting in inability to unable to travel will be deemed as Winner forfeiting the Prize;
e. be responsible for complying with all travel requirements and regulations of home and destination places, including without limitations, applicable health formalities and laws relating to Covid-19
14. If Winner of trip to Boracay or Palawan chooses to travel without a Travel Companion, or if the Travel Companion where applicable is unable to secure a valid travel visa, the winner is deemed to have forfeited the portion of the Prize applicable to the winner’s travel companion.

16. The raffle draw will be held at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 Nicanor Garcia corner Candelaria Streets, Makati City via video conference, witnessed and attended by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc.
17. Refer to the Cut-off Dates above for the deadline for submission of entries.
18. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
19. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
20. Period of redemption / Claim Period: Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of P.J Lhuillier with prior DTI approval.
21. A person can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value. In case a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
22. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
23. Cebuana Lhuillier shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
24. Winners must present the following for the claiming of prizes:
a. A copy of their 24k Rewards Card (physical or virtual)
b. Valid ID with Name as registered in the Cebuana Lhuillier database
25. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.
26. All personal information provided by the 24k members in connection with this promo will be used, processed and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this Promotion, 24k members also understand that Cebuana may disclose information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to the winner.
27. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prizes.
28. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
